General Policies



Prohibited Items

In light of our country's heightened security measures and in an effort to create the best environment for the competition and our spectators, the following items will not be allowed onto the Championship grounds. Please avoid any inconvenience by leaving these items at home or in your vehicles. Please be prepared to submit yourself and personal items to inspection.

  • Backpacks, purses or bags larger than 6"x6"x6" in dimension
  • Cameras are allowed during Monday and Tuesday, Practice Rounds only. Video cameras are not permitted at any time. (see cell phone policy for mobile device photo and video policies)
  • Folding chairs are allowed, but please leave the bag at home. NO large folding chairs
  • Coolers
  • Beepers/pagers are allowed but must be on vibrate mode
  • Periscopes
  • Step ladders of any kind
  • Radios, signs or banners
  • Firearms and knives

Youth Policy

Grounds access only
Children 18 and under will be admitted free of charge when accompanied by a properly ticketed adult (one child per person).

All hospitality venues
Children 5 and under will be admitted to these venues with a properly ticketed adult. Please inform your clients that children over the age of 5 will need the proper credential for their hospitality venue.

Inclement Weather Policy

Observe the leaderboards throughout the golf course for “Weather Warning” signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. When this sign appears, spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately. AVOID THE FOLLOWING - Open areas, bleachers, hilltops, high places, isolated trees, bodies of water, golf carts and metal or wire fences.  If your hospitality suites are deemed unsafe, this will be communicated on all scoreboards, hospitality televisions, and via your hospitality staff and volunteers. 

Lost and Found

Lost and Found will be located near the Fan Village in the spectator information booth. After gates close all items will be transferred to the tournament office.  Please contact the office at 512-949-5885 for any inquiries. 

Photographs and Autographs

Photographs are prohibited throughout the week (Monday - Sunday)  See Cell Phone Policy for more details. Player autograph requests are only allowed in marked designated areas. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Smoking Restrictions

Smoking is prohibited inside and within 15 feet of all hospitality areas.
